I have a client using a court room recording software which allows them to save their recordings as an html file with play buttons. They upload this html file, along with an mp4 and a wmv file into the wordpress media library. Then they have a link on another page that links to the html page. That html page is supposed to detect if the user is on a mac or pc, and play the appropriate file for the play buttons. This is not working. Is this something that is tricky to do in wordpress? Maybe it is not knowing where to find the audio files? Do external html files get compromised when uploaded into the wp media library? I've googled but cant seem to find a solution. Thank you!!

Opening the page in different browsers on Mac - keep getting an error either "Media source not supported" or "No Source". My client has also tried on a PC and gets the "Not SUpported" error

When I access www.erfpc.org/wp-admin, I get the following code and cannot get to the admin page. What can I do to fix this?

My Wordpress website is not working. When I go to the site, only the menus appear. I can click on the blank fields on the website or the menus and the information (supposed to be permanent) appears and then disappears.
